Our High Intensity Interval Training class covers all seven of the vital functional movements while keepingyour heart rate in a fat-burning zone. Some of the activites in this class include jumping, running, and crawling. This class will leave you feeling strengthened and refreshed for the weekend.

This ia a custom workout program tailored to helping your achieve your fitness and health goals. Share a workout space with a partner or a group of up to five other attendees. This program will include HIIT, strength training, mobility, kettlebell training, and glute/band classes.
